Refund policy
Returns Policy:
- No Returns: We do not accept returns for any items.
- Altered Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any altered items.
- Exhibition Items: All items sold are final sales.
Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges (shipment & appointment based only): Exchanges are valid up to 14 days from the day of purchase from appointments only*, or from the day of order delivered if shipped. Exchanges may be possible for items of equivalent category and price, provided the item is in the same condition as when purchased for only appointments and deliveries. Exchanges for exhibition sales are not allowed as all sales are final.
- Condition: Items must not be worn and should be free of any damages or signs of wear and tear.
- Inspection: All items will be inspected upon receipt. If any damages or signs of wear and tear are found, the exchange request may be rejected.
- Process: To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your original purchase details.
